Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Ensure the correct reporting of CO2 from the lime plants to the national authorities
- Ensure the legal compliance of area activities in term of environment
- Organize the permanent legal survey and propose actions to anticipate new legal constraints
- Anticipate risks, weaknesses but also opportunities (Environment Committee Meetings)
Implement environmental policies and practices
- Devise strategies to meet targets and to encourage best practice
- Devise the best tools and systems to monitor performance and to implement strategies
- Ensure compliance with environmental legislation
- Asses, analyse and collect environmental performance data and report information to internal staff, clients and regulatory bodies
-Contribute to a sustainable process
