Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
-Supporting the entire manufacturing process of scheduled quantities at budgeted cost and requested quality
-Participates on the Preparation and monitoring of the annual budget and investment plan for the sites within area
-Based on his knowledge of our process, give support for management in making decisions regarding the maximum tonnage and other Key Performance Indicators
-Follow up the Key Performance Indicators and manage the drifts
-Continually collects, screens and prioritizes the investments proposals issued by the plants and quarries in order to make proposals to the Management
-Collaborates with EU Process department and CAPEX department
-In each of the plants in the area, defines the same standards in terms of maintenance and ensure the good implementation and follow up of those ones
Profile of the candidate:
-University degree (mechanic, electro-mechanic, chemical, mining other related field)
-7-10 years of experience in similar position within an industrial environment
-Understanding of industrial environment : experience in an heavy industrial environment (Lime, Cement, Glass, Ceramic, Refractory, Siderurgy)
-English language (written and spoken)
-Hungarian language - advantage
-Knowledge of SAP - advantage
Place of work: Košice + willing to travel within CZ/HU/SK (min. 50%)
