Sales Executive

The Radisson Blu Carlton hotel is strengthening its sales team and is looking for dynamic Sales Executive to join the team.

• Achieves total hotel budgeted goals by executing sales activities within assigned market segment
• Assists in the development of annual sales goals
• Maintains effective correspondence, statistics report, property account management systems and Opera profiles
• Meets budgeted sales and profit margins for corporate, group and leisure business, by soliciting, selling, and confirming business as required and monitor results
• Provides feedback on local market conditions, competition check and market intelligence
• Conducts market analysis to determine guest needs, occupancy potential, desired rates, etc.
• Prepares proposals with the Sales Managers, Director of Sales and Marketing, Revenue Manager that are geared to maximize profit while satisfying guest needs
• Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
• Conducts on-site client inspections
• Prepares offers, contracts and function sheets for perspective and confirmed business cases
• Coordinates activities related to assigned business area with other relevant departments
• Communicates guests' requests to all departments in an effective and timely manner incl. follow-ups
• Insures maximum occupancy on a daily basis by performing follow-ups, cancelled and turned down business report check with retrospective business analysis
• Attends all sales activities which are done towards to reaching the targets and revenue goals
• Communicates requests for special accommodations and events – together with M&E and M&E Sales Managers
• Communicates with Sales Managers, Front Office Supervisors/ Managers, Revenue Manager, Reservation department, M&E and F&B department
• Ensures all reservations are tracked correctly for statistical purposes
