Job description, responsibilities and duties
Main tasks:
- Have the volume and profitability responsibility of the assigned region - whole Czech Republic and Slovakia
- Define individual KPI’s and training plans for subordinate staff
- Responsible for allocating and monitoring the work of subordinate staff
- Lead and support the team (up to 3 people) through regular sales meetings and joint sales activities
- Driving skills development of the subordinate staff
- Be a role model and actively drive company’s business plan
- Ensure that marketing and customer plans are developed annually and implemented
- Regularly report sales results
- Building a strong external network and make company known as a leader in personal protection
- Actively participate in client events
- Implement additional duties assigned by manager
- Reporting to and cooperating by achieving targets with Regional Sales Director
- Home office work

- Achieving targets concerning turnover, gross margin, KPI’s for activities
Leadership:
- Responsible for the development of his/her team members, employee engagement and team success
Operational:
- Supply accurate Sales forecasts, feed P&I with market demands, lead the country team in the day to day operation
