Job description, responsibilities and duties

Hence we are looking for a team member to make sure agile methodology is applied and adhered to, facilitating daily meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Cooperate with a strong, independent technology group, where you will be viewed as a trusted partner, with shared goals! Play a key role in performance optimization, resolution of conflicts and mentoring of agile processes to ensure continuous improvement and service delivery.

Here’s what your work will be focused on:
Help the development team to create high value products: train, mentor, and support scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices
Schedule & facilitate Agile events, meetings, and decision-making processes as requested or needed
Ensure the proper use of collaborative processes and remove impediments and clear blocking issues
Assess progress and performance and help teams to bring improvements: provide status reporting to stakeholders
Support the Product Owner in finding techniques for effective product backlog management and monitor objectives fulfilment
Follow up testing activity, ensuring that releases are deployed successfully
Track project plans and ensure you meet deliverables

Here's what you'll need:
3+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master: working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks to deliver solutions
Familiarity with software development (or university degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent)
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance complex information with accuracy
Positive “can-do” attitude, and good presentation and communication skills
Strong people and project management skills: ability to develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship
