You will:
  • Perform full spectrum of the recruitment process
  • Perform payroll and benefits administration
  • Provide administrative support to drive learning and development
  • Conduct data analysis and compile regular reports for submission to various parties
  • Ensure update and maintenance of data in HRIS
  • Respond to employees’ queries and required services
  • Perform administrative tasks and duties and participate in new projects

We expect:
  • Previous working experience in relevant field (HR administration, Recruitment, HR processes) ideally in international environment
  • Energetic, fast and precise person with positive mindset
  • Skillful in planning, organizing, coordinating and execution of tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent English, German is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
