You will:
- Perform full spectrum of the recruitment process
- Perform payroll and benefits administration
- Provide administrative support to drive learning and development
- Conduct data analysis and compile regular reports for submission to various parties
- Ensure update and maintenance of data in HRIS
- Respond to employees’ queries and required services
- Perform administrative tasks and duties and participate in new projects
We expect:
- Previous working experience in relevant field (HR administration, Recruitment, HR processes) ideally in international environment
- Energetic, fast and precise person with positive mindset
- Skillful in planning, organizing, coordinating and execution of tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent English, German is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
