As part of our growth strategy cargo-partner is looking for a dynamic Team Leader Network & Security (m/w) to join our Fischamend-based team.
As a member of the Network Engineering team, the successful candidate will be responsible the design and operations of our globally distributed IT network and security infrastructure with a primary focus on the Core and Access Network and Firewall Infrastructure. The candidate is expected to perform implementations and configuration of network and to demonstrate a strong understanding of network-level troubleshooting and break-fix implementations.
Description of tasks:
Professional and organizational leadership of employees and regular reporting to the supervisor
Project management and organization in the network and IT security environment
Responsibility for the Core and Access Network and Firewall Infrastructure (Cisco, HP, Palo Alto)
Design, optimization and continuous development of the existing network and security landscape
First contact person for employees and colleagues as well as interface function to other specialist departments
