Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

This is a combined role for our small Bratislava office.
In this role your main responsibilities would be:

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
• process customer orders in information system Axapta and support local Sales team
• issue invoices
• communication with customers, answering inquiries

MARKETING:
• serve as an interface between cluster Marketing (based in CZ) and local Slovak Sales organization
• execute various Marketing activities in close co-operation with cluster Marketing such as: organizing local events and promotions, implementation and adaptation of marketing materials in Slovakia, including translation to local language
• collecting and compiling information for PR articles from various sources and providing first draft to cluster marketing communication specialist
• responsibility for website content/social media based on inputs from cluster Marketing
• keeping stock and evidence of local advertising materials

OFFICE SUPPORT:
• serve as a first point of contact for visitors, handle incoming/outgoing post, answering central phone line etc.
• providing support in organizing travel and accommodation
• ordering office supplies – stationery, refreshments….
• organizing office and facility related services – cleaning, maintenance, repairs etc.
• responsibility for central archiving of company documentation – contracts etc.
• provide admin. support to local team including Managing Director

We require:
• secondary school or university degree, preferably in business administration or Marketing
• proven experience in similar positions
• flexibility for occasional business travel

Information about the selection process

This position is suitable for those who prefer working in a small stable team. The Slovak company is up to 20 employees, of which office-based staff are only 3 persons: 2x Customer service + Managing Director. Frequent visits by Sales force or CZ colleagues.
Higher managers on Customer Service and Marketing agenda are based in Prague.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Intermediate (B1)

• very good interpersonal and communication skills, organizational talent
• reliable, pleasant and customer-oriented personality
• ability to work with data (accuracy) and PC literacy (MS Office and other programs), ability to learn quickly working in new IS and applications
