Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- You will provide remote Service Desk SL1 support (Catch & Dispatch / Triaging tickets mostly) to various customers in the German banking sector
- Support will be provided mainly via ticketing system (Service Now), occasionally also via phone
- Possibility to work from office and also from home
- Working in a 3-shift rotation model. Mon-Fri, Shift A: 7:00 -15:30, Shift B: 9:00 – 17:30, Shift C: 10:30 – 19:00
- On-call support, 10 days a month

Personality requirements and skills
- University degree in IT area would be of an advantage
- Solid ITIL understanding (Request, Change, Incident, Problem management), ITIL
- Foundations v3/v4 certification is an advantage
- Experience with Service Now or other ITSM tools
- Very good German and English skills are essential (B2, both in written & spoken)
- Possessing a sense of urgency
- Solid ITIL knowledge and hands on experience with ITSM tools
