Accounting manager

• Monitors and ensures fulfillment of all accounting and reporting activities as well as local tax authorities requirements in compliance to the applicable legislation
• Monitors and checks timely and appropriate recording of all transactions in General Ledger, Asset Management, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and Payroll
• Performs monthly/quarterly reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts to general ledger
• Prepares reports to the parent company
• Ensures correct filing (in time and content) of all documents
• Facilitates internal and external audits and implements recommended improvements
• Constantly assesses and reviews processes in accounting and seeks efficiency improvements and cost reduction potentials
• Participates in budget and other financial processes and provides necessary data and information
• Ensures fulfillment of company obligations with third parties
• Supports performance of cash investments in order to maximise returns within corporate policies
• Takes part in projects concerning his/her working area on local or European level
• Supervises payroll process
