Job description, responsibilities and duties

- along with Regional Sales Managers identify and define training needs and competency gaps among sales team members,
- supporting managers them in reaching business objectives,
- conduct training programs in class and coaching in the field for representatives of sales department,
-create and implement training programs, adopt global programs to local requirements,
- monitor, challenge status quo and develop further training standards in order to boost performance of the sales team.

Personality requirements and skills

- minimum 3 years work experience as Sales/Marketing - Trainer or/and 3 years as sales business unit (area, district, region) Manager/Supervisor
- previous work - experience in brand marketing department will be nice to have
- work experience in FMCG, B2B, small appliances, pharma / medical devices or insurance branches will be an added value
- experience in creating and conducting training programs and coaching for sales department
- knowledge of sales techniques
- leader with high ability to motivate and drive business partners
