What will you be your tasks?
• Proactive sourcing, candidate evaluation, and conducting interviews
• Working with the business line to develop a deeper understanding of vacancy requirements and identify the best possible candidates
• Maintaining accurate and up to date candidate records in the recruitment tool
• Developing and executing creative employer branding strategies and identifying market trends to attract top IT talents in Slovakia
• Organizing and participating in career events and university collaborations
• Aiming to create an inviting and productive workspace environment for current and future employees
