Job description, responsibilities and duties
We're looking for a UX/UI Designer to join the Digital Consumers Experiences team that consists of designers and engineers. You will work on the digital product suite of Bitcoin Suisse ensuring best usability practices and customer-centred solutions. You will work closely with product managers, engineers and other UX or interface experts. We value creative, curious, self- driven individuals who care about the work they produce and the people they work with.
This Designer role transforms complex challenges into solutions for web and native apps. Your key goal will be to design intuitive industry-leading user experiences across digital devices. From idea to execution, with technical design briefs. You'll collaborate with your design partners to leverage and evolve the brand design DNA to build intuitive, innovative, and captivating products on brand, that people love to use. For this, a mix of customer focus, creative talent, process understanding, hunger and passion to learn and develop is required. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow from a very talented and dynamic international team.

What you will be doing
- Analyse existing user problems and come up with ideas and solutions in line with the company strategy.
- Make yourself accountable and set up success metrics for your projects
- Design product interfaces
- Setup hypothesis, user flows, low fidelity wireframes and prototypes
- Coordinate with Project Owners to come up with new concepts and solutions for existing problems
- Perform design reviews, UX audits, generate feedback and identify experience issues while giving recommendations.
- Act as the voice of our clients and make sure that we’re constantly solving real problems for them while delivering high quality, delightful experiences
- Experience creating and maintaining corporate Identities / design systems.
- Communicate UX and UI design to a wider audience
- Lead design sprints and workshops
Who you are
- Keen interest in Blockchain, cryptocurrency, finance/DeFi, and technology in general
- 3-5 years of experience
- Creative or Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Figma or similar design tool
- Love working within Design Systems
- Experience in Adobe Illustrator or other design tool
- Passionate for creating user-friendly interfaces
- Design or creative production experience
- Must have shipped digital products
- Understanding of design thinking, agile project management, and design production processes
- Proficient English written and verbal communication skills
