Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Definition of test cases based on product specification
- Testing Home Connect applications and home appliances with Home Connect functionality
- Performing tests and verifying errors, creating tickets for analysis
- Enable the transition of testing from a manual to an automated approach and constantly search for new test automation use cases.
- Create/Maintain automation scripts in Python based framework
- Take ownership of the specification automation development, and execution for implementations
- Assist in determining severity of any issues found and accordingly communicate with stakeholders
- Demo your work to your team members and the stakeholders of your feature
- Participate in specification and tech meetings with business & technology teams
- Determine the root cause of issues, resolve testing issues, and drive issues to closure
- Work as a strong, agile, diligent team player
- Help and support junior colleagues
