- Coaching innovation topics, collection ideas, assessment of new ideas
- Active search for technological novelties and new approaches to work
- Spreading Know-How among research and development teams - regular reviews, seminaries, presentations etc.
- Experiments, prototyping, predevelopment - focusing on software, hardware, electrical drives or related topics.
- Search, establish and manage cooperation with Universities, research institutions, startups and other companies
