Your responsibilities:
- Set the heartbeat of project execution and shape our PMO community and methodology
- Actively manage the project portfolio, contributing decisively to the overall success of electronic- and drive-systems for BSH home appliances
- Lead, develop and coach a dynamic team of project leaders to enhance capability building and to foster collaboration with external partners
- Ensure budget- and process- compliance and drive activities that contribute to the global PMO-network for efficiencies and process improvements
- Promote data driven & scenario-based decision making, including an overarching Risk management for an effective multi-project-steering

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
