Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a Junior Project Administrator to help the management team to coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. The successful candidate will manage schedules, arrange assignments and communicate progress to all team members.

What does a Junior Project Administrator do?

Furthermore he/she will help preparing action plans and gathering necessary resources. For this role, you will work with a team of Managers and Project Coordinators, so good communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Ultimately, you will ensure our projects are quality controlled and meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget. This involves monitoring, reporting and communicating with a wider project team including members in UK and Japan where good skills in the English language are essential.

Supporting new Product introduction within the company – documentation preparation in Slovak & English language.

Analysis of data concerning the quality of our supplied materials and communicating results with our network of suppliers around the world predominantly in the English language. The role requires periodic visits to suppliers for auditing and general communication with business partners.

Support for compliance to ISO standards for Quality, Environment and Safety, this can include maintaining inspection equipment within a calibration system.

Junior Project Administrator responsibilities include:

Scheduling regular meetings and recording meeting minutes and decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps).

Breaking projects into doable tasks and setting timeframes.

Creating and updating workflows.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Experience in the position/sector

relevant experience in project management, coordination, or related fields

Personality requirements and skills

Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role is an advantage.

Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules.

Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Trello or Microsoft Project).

Solid organization and time-management skills.

Team spirit.
