Job description, responsibilities and duties

Providing excellent IT support and day-to-day maintenance of systems to the client base. The role offers great scope and the opportunity to further grow and progress in your career. Working as part of our IT Department, the role will be to developing IT solutions by programming in a range of languages to suit the applications in the following key areas:

- administration and maintaining information technologies on site,
- communication with other IT departments of our branch offices in EU within Brother
group
- analysis and reporting from local / remote IT systems within EU, which involves
database knowledge skills and analytics thinking
- development of small local / web-based software applications

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Advanced knowledge of database systems (MS SQL,
MySQL).
- Advanced knowledge of windows server environment,
windows client and windows networking (web server,
SQL server, file server, AD server).
- Basic knowledge of CISCO networking LAN / WAN –
security, management and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of Linux server.
- Basic knowledge of intranet / internet web page
development and management (HTML, CSS,
JavaScript, PHP).
- Language skills – English advanced C1.
- Good communication skills in any language.
- Programming languages like DELPHI, C++, C#, C or
Python are advantage.

The successful candidate should be able to communicate well on all levels and should have the ability to communicate complex IT issues in simple terms.
