Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Plan, organize, manage and monitor the production to achieve the quantities stipulated, within the desired quality level, costs budgeted and personnel needs.
- In collaboration with relevant stakeholders (Maintenance Manager, Quality Manager and Logistic Manager, Process Engineer Manager), undertake actions to minimize failures and to achieve the desired quality standard.
- Inform and motivate production an office personnel, ensure their availability and performance according to plant needs and promote their professional development through coaching, individual development plans and trainings.
- Contribute and enhance the implementation of standards through appropriate communication, optimization of processes and structures, supervision and control of their use for activities under responsibility.
- Define and manage KPI indicators according P Q C D
- Fill all the expectation for external and internal audits, to ensure satisfaction of customers
- Coordination of all team activities aligned with PDP for new projects
- Responsibility to create and maintain continous improvement culture based on Brose tolls, methods and procedures
