Customer quality planner

• Realization of the project related advanced quality planning in customer´s project and to the customer itself (APQP, quality concepts, requirements to subcomponents…) according current process instructions and under consulting an experienced quality planner
• Issuing of project related planning documents for customer and team (Q-budget, Q-capacity, scheduling of Q-tasks, Q-Gate preparation, lessons learned…) according PDP
• Initial sampling and sampling of engineering changes for internal and customer´s release
• Issuing of control plan, test instruction and test documentation for the running project
• Definition and ordering of project specific gages and test devices including measurement system analysis (MSA)
• Structured analysis of the current quality situation (internal, at customer´s plant and in field) including defining and conduction of necessary actions
• Working according Brose process system and support of the customer team in terms of QM-system. Support in preparation of customer team for being audited internally and externally (QM-system, environmental system).
