Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Customer support in person, via phone or e-mails
• Management of school iPad 1:1 program
• Management of student user accounts in AD, AAD and school educational subscriptions
• Supporting parents with accessing and using school systems
• Creating documentation and useful manuals for staff
• Management of Virtual Learning Environment
• System configuration and maintenance
• User and permission management
• Supporting staff and students with creating content
• Management of parent portal
• Management of school email communication system
• System configuration and maintenance
• User and permission management
• Supporting staff with more complex publications
• New user welcome process:
• Creation of user accounts and setting permissions on various school systems
• Preparation of end user devices
• Group or individual training for new staff and students
• Individual or group training and workshops for staff and students
• Occasional workshops for parents for school systems
• Troubleshooting and providing support for hardware and software issues on various ICT devices (laptops, desktops, printers, projectors, phones, iPads, etc.)
• Occasional support with video, sound, and light equipment during school events
