Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Responsible for provision of a confidential and personal service to the Principal
• To screen phone calls, emails, enquiries, personal requests and handle them when appropriate
• To provide effective exchange of information and appointments with Principal, staff, parents and students
• To create and maintain Office Systems (both hard/soft copy): Data management & filing
• To organize travel and accommodation for Principal and other SLT members
• Handling all Agenda of Policies/Procedures to be in compliance with local legal requirements
• To organize, attend and take minutes from SLT meetings
• To ensure that the Principal budget and spending’s are allocated in compliance with approved budget
• Organisation of own workload and priorities on a day-to-day basis using own initiative and knowledge of work
• To undertake other administrative tasks as necessary
