Job description, responsibilities and duties
The British Council in Slovakia is looking for Customer Services Advisor (part time), starting in July 2017.
The successful applicants will be responsible for dealing with our customer enquiries, registration of students for English courses and exams as well as other customer support services.
Essential requirements for the post include:
• strong customer service and team working
• a high level of written and spoken communication skills in English as well as native speaker competence in Slovak
• an ability to meet agreed targets and overcome obstacles
• a high level of attention to detail including registration finances
• IT skills – to use Microsoft Office programmes and ability to learn new platforms such as SAP, TCMS
Role:
To act as the main point of contact providing information about the services that the British Council offers to customers. This includes dealing with telephone, email and face to face enquiries, enrolment, receiving payment from customers for English language courses and UK exams. This post will work with two full-time customer services advisors.
Working Schedule: Monday – Friday, between 9.00am - 7.00pm.
