•Provide HR guidance and expertise that is needed
•Drives the application of key HR processes (Performance management, Development, Talent review, Salary review) providing ongoing support and consultancy to line managers
•Supports line management in recruiting, developing and retaining talent to ensure a self-sufficient talent pipeline.
•Enable the business leaders with skills and tools to exercise strong performance management.
•Collaborate with leaders to correct performance issues. As needed, oversee the administration of disciplinary action to ensure consistency with Company policy and with the local labor law.
•Ensure that employment principles and practices are fully compliant with the local labor law.
•Collaborates with leaders and employees to research and resolve various employment related issues in a timely manner
•Responsible for the performance & development cycle, communication, follow up
•In charge of the talent review meeting cycle
•Responsible for the employer branding strategy
•Organization of Employer Branding activities and responsible for communication touch points (student engagement, Top Employers, social media)
•In charge of the annual training need analysis and approval process.
•Coordination of training cycle
•Coordination between HR Shared Services and hiring managers to ensure a qualitative recruitment process (time, cost and quality of hires)
•Agency relation management
•Responsible for the deployment of the climate survey from preparation phase to action plan follow-up
•Responsible for S&W/Overheads HR budget
•Ensure Talent & Reward cycles are followed OTIF.
•Ensure that all administrative activities related to Managing Team (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), recruitment, performance improvement, time-off etc are performed and followed OTIF.
•Ensure that appropriate performance objectives are in place for all employees within the team and measured against targets OTIF.
•Provide timely feedback and clarity on performance standards whilst coaching and developing performance of the team.
•Encourage development of the team through 70-20-10 concept.
•University Degree or similar gained from experience
•Experience in general HR
•Experience with the local Labor Law regulations (disciplinary, staff representatives)
•Good working knowledge of HR processes and procedures
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•Strong customer service orientation
•Able to cope effectively under sustained pressure
•Ability to establish trustful internal and external relationships
•Pro-active and enthusiastic
•Advanced computer skills (MS Office)
•Strong at building and maintaining business relationships.
•Speak and write Czech & English fluently
•Active participation to the implementation of an HR online tool is a plus
