Join us as a Payments Business Analyst, and you’ll structure and define payment solutions to ensure we achieve our all of our business objectives.

What you’ll do

Bringing together established knowledge and skills with a fresh hunger for success, our team in Bratislava is an offshore commercial hub. It’s where real transformation happens. As a Payments Business Analyst, you’ll gather information to analyse business problems thoroughly, identifying any opportunities for change and improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying the most appropriate solutions to business problems alongside our design and development teams, and external partners
• Capturing requirements and linking any costs to business objectives and benefits
• Determining the feasibility of new payment instruments and updating our payment strategy
• Educating internal groups on payment solutions and business impacts, and taking the lead on cross-functional payment projects

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Self-motivated with the ability to navigate complex environments with multiple stakeholders, you’ll be a skilled communicator who can build solid relationships and work well under pressure. We’re a British flagship, so strong English language skills are important, and you’ll bring the kind of can-do mindset that will inspire positive change.

You should be:

• Educated to degree level, or have an equivalent level of experience
• Experienced in working on large-scale IT projects and implementing change in global organisations
• Fully aware of all payment service regulations, including the Payment Services Directive
• Commercially astute, ideally bringing an awareness of airline economics and relevant sales, distribution and revenue management processes
• Able to develop strategies, policies and frameworks and provide complex analysis to drive fact-based decision making
