We are looking for a Junior Attorney (Junior Advokát/Advokátka) for our Commercial Law Division. This position is suitable for candidates with solid experience in Corporate and Contractual Law and, with excellent command and fluency in the English language. Additional experience in the field of M&A and VC/private equity investments is an advantage.

As a Junior Attorney in the Commercial Law division you will

- Manage cases independently and be fully responsible for assigned clients.
- Be responsible for the assigned agenda which will mainly include Commercial Law, Corporate Law.
- Counsel clients on investment relations in VC and M&A (investment contracts, shareholder contracts).
- Be negotiating transactions and overseeing their successful management.
- Be the main contact point with our clients which include investment funds and innovative start-ups from the technology sector.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Excellent oral and written English skills are essential.
