We are looking for a Senior Associate (senior koncipient/koncipientka) to join our Commercial Law team. This position is suitable for candidates knowledgeable about Civil, Commercial, Corporate and Contractual Law; with excellent command and fluency in the English language, and excited about further developing in these areas, maily in the field of M&A and VC / Private Equity, .
We are a boutique law firm with a 30 year-long tradition in the legal services market, and thanks to the demand for our services, we are constantly expanding our team. RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Associate in the Commercial Law division you will
- Be responsible for the assigned agenda, including but not limited to: preparation of documents, revision of contracts, communication with clients, and collaboration with foreign partners.
- Provide support for Senior Attorneys in your division.
- Have the opportunity to learn within a well-coordinated team, always willing to help and collaborate with you in your projects
- Deal with and learn more from cases on Civil, Commercial and Corporate Law.
- Offer counselling on Investment Relations (investment contracts, shareholder contracts), VC and M&A.
- Be contact point with our clients (supported by Sr. Attorneys) which include investment funds and innovative start-ups from the technology sector.

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Master's degree)
Language skills
Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Advanced (C1)
