We are looking for a Senior Associate (senior koncipient/koncipientka) to join our IP/IT law team.
This position is suitable for candidates experienced in IP law and/or IT law, with excellent command of and fluency in the English language, and excited about further developing in these areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Associate in the IP/IT team you will
- Be responsible for the assigned agenda, including but not limited to: preparation of documents, revision of contracts, communication with clients, and collaboration with foreign partners.
- Have the opportunity to learn within a well-coordinated team, always willing to help and collaborate with you in your projects
- Deal with and learn more from cases on IP Law, IT Law, and cases in associated legal areas such as Civil Law, Commercial Law, Personal Data Protection, and Unfair Competition.

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Master's degree)
Language skills
Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Advanced (C1)
Personality requirements and skills
Previous experience with IP rights in administrative or judicial proceedings is essential.
