Job description, responsibilities and duties

If you are a professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an appealing role for you as Contract Administrator. You will be primarily responsible for commercial contract administration for export or domestic contracts.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Are:

  • Technical and commercial order entry, release orders to factories, procure material with intercompany
  • Receive the goods, labels and handles packages for local shipments / consolidations, customs clear non-EU goods and export deliveries, prioritize the delivery of orders/projects, in respect of freight & export condition
  • Shipment tracking and invoicing according to delivery condition, invoicing and price revision in the system according to exchange rate
  • Issuance of certificates of quality, conformity and warranty, handle the orders for repairs / replacements under warranty or for investigations and calibration purposes and follows the procedure for return / credit for each factory
  • Stock, backlog and PO backlog monitoring, service orders supervising
  • Ensure fully usage of and compliance with European Gold Standards Procedures for Contract Administration, CRM usage
  • EU Directives (packaging materials brought in the country); ensure all processes are in place according to local legislation, submit reports for local authorities, trade compliance awareness
