Are you fluent in English and ideally speak a second language?

If so, we want to hear from you! We’re currently looking for a Demand Planner for the East-Central Region whose main task will be the following:

● As part of our future Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SI&OP) process, you will oversee the local and regional Demand Review Meetings (DRM). More precisely, you will:
○ Organize and coordinate the DRM framework (meetings, reports, presentations, demand collaboration, deviation analysis plan vs. demand)
○ Own the DRM pack and facilitate the consensus process through facts, trends, and reports
○ Create monthly signed off sales forecast and push into ERP
○ Monitor, improve and set targets for demand-related KPIs (eg Forecast Accuracy or Bias)
○ Work closely with the Sales Teams to gather demand data (MTO/MTS/Projects/Contracts)
○ Analyze demand data vs budget vs actual trends; provide detailed analysis back to sales
○ Facilitate the Sales demand consensus sign off
○ Facilitate the supply constraints analysis

● Working closely with other Supply Chain functions, you will drive stocking and inventory management policies for the Region and its Countries, according to demand and supply constraints

● You will own the Demand Planning master data and parameters, including but not limited to:
○ Statistical methodologies according to the product’s lifecycle phase and its demand patterns
○ Lead Time analysis and safety stock adjustments
○ ABC analysis (on sales/profitability/demand volatility) vs targeted service levels (together with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management)

● You will act as the single point of contact in the region for Service Proposition / Available to Promise (ATP) for our Inter-Company customers:
○ Review, simulate and optimize service level vs stock holding
○ Dashboard performance reporting (Weekly, Monthly, Budget)
