Job description, responsibilities and duties

Become a part of the development team for customer support. You will be able to build the quality of the project to improve both the quality of the process and the product. Your main tasks include identifying all customer requirements and standards for quality and ensuring that they are implemented in the production process. As a project team member, you have the ability to contribute to creating and maintaining a product quality assurance plan, and you are guarantying the product's compliance with the customer. At the same time, you are responsible for positive and honest customer relationships.

Main activities:
• Implementation of quality projects with emphasis on QCDP (quality, cost, delivery, people) and in accordance with internal company standards and standards
• Identify all customer requirements and standards for quality and ensure their implementation in the production process (IQA / IQF compliance)
• Highly proactive customer co-operation, negotiation of quality process, processing of presentations / reports and customer results (design, limits ...)
• Ensures that all company internal procedures and client procedures are applied and respected throughout the lifetime of the project, including proper management of appropriate documentation
• Maintains the project from the development phase, integrates quality in all phases of the project in order to minimize product error (ZERO Quality control), managing the process of solving customer mistakes in the development phase until the project passes into the lifecycle
• Active participation in product testing (laboratory tests on chemical and physical properties, implementation of necessary measurements)
• Participates in creating test center quality standards to ensure compliance with customer requirements
• Creation of manufacturability analyzes
• Preparation of quality action plans (timely identification of product / process quality issues and measures to address them)
• Create, update, and archive technical documentation

Personality requirements and skills

- Technical education is willing
- Quality experience is required
- Optimum 3 - 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of the quality management system in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of quality tools: FMEA, PPAP, APQP, etc.
- Experience in measuring the physical and chemical properties of products
- Knowledge of English at high level
- Experience in project management, including ability to take responsibility, ability to decide independently
- Ability to read the technical documentation
- Communication and negotiation skills, an innovative approach to work
