Job description, responsibilities and duties

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Communication and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a communication or marketing professional who has an innovative and creative approach, is a hands-on team player with at least 3 years of working experience in the field of communication and marketing, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
This role also requires close cooperation with plant manager, regional communication/marketing experts, as well as technical departments, and 3rd party providers.


Key Responsibilities
• Advise management on strategic set up of communication at the plant
• Plan, coordinate, organize internal communication activities and staff events at the plant in collaboration with internal departments, 3rd party providers and agencies
• Collaborate with division headquarters and regional organization to share knowledge and methodologies
• Stay up to date with regard to contemporary communication and marketing channels and tools that will guarantee efficient and effective communication streams within our plant and towards external stakeholders where necessary
• Support marketing activities on social media towards the external market (employer branding) in close cooperation with recruiting specialist where necessary

• Appropriate academic qualifications (Bachelor or Masters in Media/Communication Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar)
• Prior experience in setting up and shaping the content for communication meetings and set up of channels including web-based delivery, digital platforms/social media
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills both written and oral with the ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders, explain complex topics to (non-)technical stakeholders and non-native speakers
• A passion for delivering first class customer service
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Good organization skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken Slovak and English language
