V roku 2023 plánuje spoločnosť Bosch zahájiť na Slovensku výrobu pohonných jednotiek pre divíziu Bosch eBike Systems. Reaguje tak na rastúci dopyt, ktorý prináša stále väčšia podpora elektromobility a rastúca obľúbenosť eBikov u priaznivcov cyklistiky. Závod pri Prešove má v roku 2023 v pláne nájsť približne 400 zamestnancov.
