Casting Technologist

Preparation of a dosing prescription for all types of casted materials
Preparation of working instruction for all related processes, training of production staff
Preparation of drawing documentation in the field of metallurgy - melting and casting
Managing, analyzing, controlling and improving the melting and casting process
Responsibility for the implementation and observance of the quality system
Defining lifetime and consumption of all technological parts (tools, instruments, equipment, etc.)
Support during supplier´s, customer´s and other complaints
Up to date keeping and checking of technical documentation
Defining cycle times / norms for all corresponding parts of the process
Participation on projects
Fulfillment of other operational tasks and requirements set by the company's management level
