Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Responsible for the local support and group-wide tasks
- Primarily responsible for handling the incoming tickets and giving application support to the end users
- Identify potential requirements from the issues/bugs reported by the users
- Analyze complex production issues to be solved with automated systems
- Design and implement improved processes or operational standards
- Create and update reports in ABAP
- Create and update Smartforms and SAPscript forms
- SAP user administration and role assignment
- Create documentations and end user manuals
- Schedule and perform user training

- Knowledge in the following SAP modules: Finance / Controlling (FI / CO)
- Willing to do the project work in Mexico/China temporarily
- Fluent in Slovak and English
- Good communication skills
