Immediate opening for an Online Support / Customer Care Assistant in Bratislava. Competitive salary.

Duties:

Handle customer queries via email and chat
Provide accurate product and service information
Record customer interactions and feedback
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels

Requirements:

Proficient in English
Minimum 1 year customer service experience
Must reside in Slovakia
Flexible work hours, open to full/part-time
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
