We are seeking an enthusiastic, forward-thinking Business Manager to join our dynamic Business Development Department. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading new client acquisition while nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing partners.

While autonomy and ownership are essential in this position, you will also collaborate closely with our Marketing Department to translate market opportunities into exciting business ventures. Additionally, you will engage with our Research Department to craft compelling value propositions tailored to our core clients.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, adeptness in interpreting information, and a keen awareness of non-verbal cues. Interacting with high-profile clients, global travel, and meetings at prestigious conferences and corporate headquarters will require both professionalism and a growth-oriented mindset.

Your tasks will include:
1. Client management & public-facing
You will not only take the lead in meaningful client interactions but also serve as the company's public face, presenting our exceptional products and services to clients and partners. This will involve various modes of communication, including engaging in conference calls, conducting in-person meetings, and participating in events and conferences on both national and international stages. Additionally, you will be responsible for periodic client visits to major European cities such as the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands. Furthermore, your tasks will include crafting essential business proposals, generating quotations, performing complex calculations, drafting project budgets, and even stepping into the role of a public speaker, delivering impactful presentations both online and in physical settings.

2. Timely tracking & reporting
This is an integral part of your responsibility, with a specific focus on maintaining an accurate and up-to-date customer relationship management (CRM) system. Regularly recording essential sales data and preparing detailed weekly and monthly reports will be central to your work. These reports will encompass various crucial aspects of our business operations, covering elements such as conversion rates, deal progress, target achievements, and other activities connected to our business development initiatives.

3. Cooperation, planning, and interfacing
Your active involvement in regular departmental meetings and exceptional communication skills will ensure our Business Development initiatives effectively align with the company's objectives. Effective collaboration and cross-departmental teamwork are key to the seamless execution of these initiatives, guaranteeing alignment with our overall business goals.
