Job description, responsibilities and duties

BONARD is a leading intelligence and advisory firm, operating in international education and rented residential sectors. We are seeking a talented individual who has a passion for data-based storytelling and the ability to transform our data into captivating, yet easy-to-digest visuals.

You will join our Strategic Information Management Unit and the outcomes of your work will be used by leading investors, developers, universities, language schools and government bodies. The bar is set high, but we will give you the freedom to self-realize and provide infrastructure and exceptional working conditions to help you position BONARD as the international advisory leader in its field. Your assistance will support the company’s technical procedures with data management and visualisation tools.

Your responsibilities and tasks will include:
1. Management of the company’s data visualisation tools
• Creation, management and maintenance of Tableau accounts, for company managers and clients (eg. dashboards creation).
• Working knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases with exposure to reporting tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or others.
• Data modelling, data visualization and understanding of data architecture.
• Ensuring data quality and consistency across content.
• Recognize when the output should be adjusted based on changes in products and features or received client feedback.
• Finding new opportunities for simplification and being enablers to lead operational excellence.

2. Company infrastructure (cloud/intranet/networking platform integration)
• You will be in charge of establishing an internal network and closely collaborating with professionals across the organization to deliver excellent client services.
• This includes designing, developing and maintaining cloud integration services and infrastructure which are optimal, secure, efficient, scalable, resilient, reliable, highly available, compliant with BONARD information security policies and designed for failover.

3. Innovations
• Work directly with internal teams and external clients and stakeholders to drive innovations in products, services and work relationships.
• Monitoring technological innovations and proposing implementation ideas across the company.
