Our Business Development Managers travel and represent leading industry educational brands around the globe.

Your main role will be to strengthen our client's brand, market share, and international student enrollments through business-to-business representation and relationship development.

• Empowering the client’s existing business relationships through regional marketing activities;
• Developing, planning, executing and monitoring communication strategies and tactics across all channels;
• Organizing business trips to the target countries on your own;
• Reporting regularly on progress with partners;
• Sales forecasting and risk management;
• Constantly looking for ways to support old and develop new business;
• Administration and support to partners and company management.

Personality requirements and skills

Education and Skills:
• English language proficiency both oral and written - Upper intermediate (B2);
• Basic knowledge of one additional language preferable
• University degree in the field of business development, marketing, management or international business (minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably Masters)

Experience and Soft skills:
• Minimum 1 year sales experience in service field (preferably international education);
• A tangible success record;
• Great work ethic – a responsible, thorough, enthusiastic and committed self-starter;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - a strong persuasive negotiator able to think out of the box;
• Passion and commitment to goals –a willingness to go the extra mile;
• A target driven entrepreneurial spirit able to achieve results;
• Critical thinking, common sense and business acumen to make sound decisions;
• Microsoft Excel intermediate level;
• Microsoft Word intermediate level.
