As a Strategy & Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in local operations performance, with a tangible, real-time impact on the market. This is a role for someone with a genuine analytical mindset and a bias for action — you'll work closely with senior team members to identify problems, dig into the data, and help drive initiatives that move the needle.
Role Overview:
You will use data to help identify issues in supply and demand for our ride-hailing operations in Slovakia, and contribute to the strategies and initiatives that improve marketplace performance. You'll be expected to go beyond surface-level reporting — asking "why" behind the numbers — and to actively support initiatives from analysis through to execution, working closely with HQ teams in Product, Legal, and Marketing along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyzing supply, demand, and retention data to help identify root causes behind performance gaps
Supporting and contributing to projects that solve operational problems, from analysis through to implementation
Helping develop and execute strategies to strengthen the driver's value proposition and support supply base growth, performance, and retention
Building clear, data-backed summaries and recommendations to support decision-making
Monitoring trends, risks, and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business
Collaborating with cross-functional HQ teams (Product, Legal, Marketing) to support the execution of key initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in an analytical, fast-paced environment — consulting, strategy, business analysis, or operations at an international or fast-growing company
Strong quantitative and analytical thinking — comfortable working with data to build a clear, structured argument
Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas); SQL is a plus
Proactive, ownership-driven mindset — comfortable taking initiative even with some ambiguity
Fluent/native Slovak and strong written and verbal communication in English
Sense of humor :)
