We’re looking for an ambitious Inbound Sales Coordinator to join Bolt Food. You’ll be part of our sales team, driving a smooth transition from lead generation to sales conversion and partner activation support. 

The Inbound Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing and optimizing the inbound sales processes within Bolt Food. This position is responsible for attracting, engaging, and converting potential customers who express interest in the Bolt Food services through various inbound channels. The Inbound Sales Coordinator will also be responsible with supporting partner activations, and other activities aimed at smooth partner onboarding. 

Your daily adventures will include:
Inbound Sales Strategy: Develop, implement, and refine inbound sales strategies that align with Bolt Food sales goals

Lead Qualification 

Lead Response: Monitor and ensure a prompt and personalised response to inbound leads, whether via email, chat, or phone.
CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce to track, manage, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team in Slovakia, and support with activation related activities
Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on inbound sales performance, including lead-to-conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment.
Process Optimization: Continuously improve inbound sales processes to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

Vietnamese language is a big plus

Salesforce knowledge is a big plus

No experience required - we will train you
