As our Legal Advisor, you'll play a key role through the complexities of legal landscapes, ensuring our operations not only comply with the law but also benefit from your strategic legal insights. Your ability to communicate flawlessly in English, both orally and in writing, will be your tool in making a significant impact across our global operations.

What you'll do:

• create and review contracts to secure our interests while fostering strong business relationships within the BOGE Group,
• collaborate closely with various departments - ranging from development to HR - creating document templates and offering legal guidance that propels our projects forward,
• support negotiations on terms and conditions with our business partners, ensuring our agreements reflect our values and business needs;
• provide comprehensive legal analyses and creative solutions to challenges faced by our departments, enhancing our decision-making process,
• keep track on relevant legislation and implement new requirements to keep us ahead of compliance,
• engage in local and international projects, offering your legal expertise to enhance our strategies and, when necessary, represent our interests in high-stake meetings with external partners and advisors,
• navigate court and out-of-court negotiations, in partnership with the central legal department or external law firms, to defend and advocate for our company's interests;
• develop and conduct internal trainings on various legal topics, such as sales, purchasing, and compliance, empowering our BOGE team,
• manage compliance investigations within Slovak plant, ensuring our operations are seamless and aligned with local regulations,
