People & Culture (HR) Internship

Our team is growing fast and that’s why we need another person to support our HR team in Bratislava. Do you want to be part of a start-up with a big perspective in the rental boat business field? Do you like talking to people, evaluating their potential, and helping to find the right talent for the company? Then we want YOU! This position will also include office management, and culture activities working with the recruitment specialist.

What would be then the responsibilities of this position?

• Manage different recruitment processes from start to finish, including job description definition, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and candidate experience.
• Identifying the best talents in different Bratislava.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including the preparation of orientation materials and assisting in new employee orientations, etc.
• Participate in the design and implementation of initiatives to increase employee engagement (culture activities, team-buildings, etc...)
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn and adapt quickly in dynamic environments. 
• Assist in maintaining the employee database and managing our HR software.
• Participate in the design and implementation of initiatives regarding office management.

Requirements

• Ideal to be able to sign an internship agreement with a university or business school for 6/12 months.
• Be available for full-time internships from Monday to Friday (8 am-10 am flexibility starting working hours).
• Must have the right to work in Slovakia.
• Enroll in a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Law, or similar.
• We are looking for a proactive, hands-on, organized individual with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-performance environment.
• Fluent in English & Slovak (Spanish or another international language is a plus).
• Ambition to grow within the company in future positions with responsibility.

• 6/12-month internship with a high probability of incorporation into the team afterward; we want you to achieve your goals within our company.
• Home office-like working option (5 days per quarter)
