Are you looking for the best role in your life? Let's join us! We are a fast-growing start-up company that needs new talents to get on board! Currently, we are hiring 1 student with the English language to join our Customer Care department. What are the daily responsibilities?
- Answering customer's calls and emails
- Working with our customers, who have their boats already booked and paid - check-in, check-out procedure
- Checking the feedback from customers after their sailing
- Experience Keeping our customers happy and satisfied :-)
Requirements :
- Being a student based in Bratislava with knowledge of English (huge plus in case you also speaks German/Polish/Hungarian)
- Proactive approach and attitude
- Communicative and helpful personality
- Availability to work during summer
