What are the daily responsibilities?
- Working with our customers, who have their boats already booked and paid - check-in, check-out procedure.
- Answering customer's questions not only before but during their holidays on a boat as well.
- Checking the feedback from customers after their sailing experience
Complains management.
- Keeping our customers happy and satisfied :-)
Requirements
- Knowledge of English plus German/ Hungarian/Polish languages
- Proactive approach and attitude
- Communicative and helpful personality
- Previous experience in Customer Care is a huge advantage – we like to see graduates as well!
