Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Full ownership of Customer Care team performance.
- Led an amazing team of multilingual Customer Care experts.
- Be responsible for your team's SLAs and KPIs.
- Provide full support to your team members and motivate them to excel in service.
- Handle complex escalations from customers.
- Support the recruitment process and onboarding of new team members.
- Actively communicate with other departments and teams.
Requirements for the position are:
3-5 years of experience as a Customer Care Team Leader / Call Center Manager
Perfect knowledge of English (+ another language is a huge advantage).
Strong analytical mindset.
Great communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
Proactive and independent.
Team player who enjoys working in dynamic e-travel and hospitality.
Business-focused.
Full availability during summer (high season)
Positive attitude.
Able to work during summer (high season)
