Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide high-quality service to our clients. Your goal will be to ensure our clients enjoy themselves and plan to come back to our service.

Your main responsibilities will be :
- Take care of administrative duties.
- Prepare all needed documents of clients for their trip
- Post-Sales support of clients with various questions regarding their trip over phone and emails in English language and other languages that you can speak
- Accommodate general and unique requests.
- Diffuse conflict or tense situations with clients
- Help with daily operations and support other team members
- Support to Sales Team
