Deputy Chief Risk Officer

The main repsonsibilities :
· Define a local granting policy, which integrates the local specificities and market
· Contribute to the definition of the strategy of the company by proposing scenarios of evolution of the granting policy, with the quantitative impacts in terms of risk and volumes
· Challenge the proposal of sales teams
· Calculate provisions and the estimated cost of risk
· Propose actions for keeping cost of risk and KPI within the limits set by top management
· Alert the general management of the entity and the regional risks managers if risk is deteriorating and on critical situations
· Set up monitoring tools and process to comply with local and Group regulations
· Develop the risk team to maintaining the risk know how
· Responsible for the proper working, optimization and validation of the expert systems and the scoring tools
· Provide clear and comprehensive reporting to the general management on the risk evolution and the risk forecast
