Main function or role of the job are:
•Serves as primary point of administrative contact and liaison with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a dynamic and diverse community while maintaining strict confidentiality of privileged information.
•Oversees and coordinates day-to-day activities; develops procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operations.
•Manages the calendar and schedule of Region members to ensure that identified priorities are addressed in a timely fashion and usage of time is optimized.
•Handles logistics for meetings and other gatherings on and off the company, responds and addresses unexpected changes and associated requests; arranges for urgent issues to be handled appropriately
•Providing for the translations from/to English and/or French languages
•Act as a primary assistance to the Region members and local management in various aspects of business

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

• Demonstrated high degree of professionalism, integrity, discretion, dependability, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality of privileged information and perform a wide range of duties that require tact, sensitivity, independent judgment, diplomacy, organizational skills, flexibility, and discretion.
• Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings.
• Highly computer literate
• Meticulous presentation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong command of grammar and English usage in professional business communications
• French language knowledge would be beneficial
