The HR Expert will be responsible for all or part of these areas:
• compensation & benefits
• creation and regular update of HR procedures
• HR processes optimalization
• HR Controls (payroll process, recruitment, trainings..)
• GDPR
• HR analytics (prepare analysis and documents for decision)
• HR projects (lead and implement new tools and innitiatives)
